Our Services
Performing a study to the kitchen/Industry layout to ensure that the design is satisfactory including, but not limited to, the following recommendations:
- A linear workflow is maintained (from receipt of raw material to delivery of the final product);
- Cost-effective and hygienic operations are maintained;
- Cross-contamination is minimized;
- Suitable facilities for personal hygiene are provided;
- Suitable provision must be made for staff welfare, including cloakroom and if, necessary, canteen and first aid facilities.
N.B: BYSCON can provide map drawing and structural studies also

Objectives of food hygiene inspection:
1- To ascertain whether acceptable level of food sanitation and hygiene facilitate the consistent production of clean, safe food products.
2. To assist you in improving the overall level of hygiene and sanitation in the premises by providing an Action Plan and follows its implementation.
3. To assist you in preventing food safety problems at your premises.
4. To trace potential sources of contamination and prevent possibility occurrence of food poisoning.
